FUCK. Tonight started out as another slow night, all until 8:45. at 8:45, we had two 4 tops, and a 2 top seated, and they all fucking ordered at once. I had 3 different sushi rolls to roll, and I fucked to first one up when I was cutting them, so I had to make it again. Shit sucked. We had maybe 4 tickets come in before that, and they were for shit like sliders, which I don't make.
This means that I spent most of my day cleaning the kitchen. Cleaning kitchens is not fun. In fact, it's downright boring.
What can I say? Today was uneventful for the most part. After the tsunami of dishes hit us, we had nothing left to do, till some dick ordered room service 8 minutes before we closed.
